The family free ticket is not available in the online shop; it can be collected at the lift ticket office with the e-mail confirmation of the purchased ski passes and an official family certificate. If you already have a KeyCard, select the Recharge option. To do this, enter the ID number printed on the back of the KeyCard. Your ticket will be activated when you pass the access control at the cable car (turnstile).
