Description
Every Tuesday during your summer vacations you have the opportunity to climb the new, 40 meter high Drachis climbing route on the Geisterberg.
Together with a certified mountain guide.
Interesting tips & tricks for the versed handling of the climbing equipment and the necessary safety are on top.
Recommended minimum age: 12 years
Up to the age of 16, you must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying person does not necessarily have to take part in the via ferrata, but must be present on site.
Practical Information
Meeting point on this day is at 9.00 am at the parking lot of the Alpendorf gondola.
After taking out the equipment (SnowWorld), we will go together with the mountain guide Sepp Schiefer with the gondola lift to the Geisterberg.
Once there, Sepp Schiefer will introduce the participants to the use of the climbing route sets and how to behave in a climbing route and will walk the Drachis climbing route together with the participants.
Around 2 pm you will go back together with the cable car to the Alpendorf.
Meeting point Start: every Tuesday, 9.00 am parking lot Alpendorf gondola lift
Duration: approx. 5 hours
Difficulty/condition: good condition required
Equipment & clothing: Mountain boots, backpack, gloves (light work gloves or climbing gloves), climbing set (optionally bookable)
Food: drinks and light food are required
Children: from 12 years, good physical condition
Participants: max. 6 persons
